You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received itβunused, free of pet hair, and in its original, custom Purry & Waggy packaging.
β Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We stand firmly behind our global partner network’s quality. If your self-cleaning brush arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong color (such as receiving Green instead of Purple), we will replace it completely free of charge!
- What to do: Take a quick photo or video of the issue and send it to our team via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Select “Order Status & Tracking” as your reason for contact, and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement to you immediately.

If you simply changed your mind and wish to return your item for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Pack the unused item securely in its original branded box.
- Ship the package back to our designated return center using a tracked shipping method. (Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs).
